Initiate Your Request
Log into your CINECOLOR account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our technical support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Equipment
Securely pack the electronics in their original box, including all cables, manuals, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked delivery to our inspection facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
